Okay… can we admit something?

Self-care feels like another task.

Like I’ll think, “Tonight I’m doing a face mask,” and then suddenly it’s 9:42 PM, the baby went to bed late, the laundry is staring at me, and I’m too tired to even wash my face.

In this episode, I’m sharing how I stopped trying to add self-care to my to-do list — and started habit stacking it with something I’m already doing: my evening reset.

Now I:

  • Put on a face mask

  • Press play on one of my guided evening cleaning routines

  • Tidy up the house without overthinking it

By the time it’s done, the house feels lighter, my brain feels calmer, and I actually want to take an everything shower and climb into fresh sheets.

It’s not about doing more.
